    Leymah led the women of
    Liberia to stop the war that
    was ravaging her country

    She now wants to help
    others!  

    Leymah wrote after the children were killed
    in Newtown, Connecticut, “I believe that now
    more than ever is the time for mothers to
    resist the culture of violence.”


    Leymah Gbowee told the UN Security
    Council, "We find ourselves at a place where
    the need for international peace is even
    greater now than (at any time) in the
    history of our world,"

    WOMEN LEADERS met in Ireland in May of
    2014 to discuss how to stop the war in Syria
    and stop militarism.  Leymah states clearly
    in her opening address that the scholars have
    elaborated the steps to stop war but now it is
    time to “Move out” and “Impose ourselves strategically on
    different spaces” She wants ACTION!

    I propose that Leymah's own method of using
    GANDHI TACTICS and WOMEN is the answer to her
    question -- What do we do?
