RISKS

    There will be risks.  

    The process of change creates fear and contention.  There
    will be people who do not want change or disagree with the
    method of change.  

    The old saying is that War is Hell.  Thousands and millions
    can die in war.  War brings suffering, pain, and despair. A
    GS of NV is about creating change.  Change will be difficult,
    and take a long time, but a thousand times less people will die.

    A Global Strategy of Nonviolence is about tolerance, kindness,
    generosity, and compassion.  A GS of NV is about the education
    of nonviolence.  Those that follow nonviolence will be subject to
    degradation, suffering, and possible death.  Gandhi had the
    people take an oath of nonviolence and told them of the risks.
