    And              80%   Research and Development of a
    Global Strategy of Nonviolence (GS of NV)
    A research and development project


    Start-up Phase (Step One)

    All donations to be held in an escrow account or
    safety deposit box at Bank

    All collections and finances will be monitored by Tiedemann
    & Co., Certified Public Accountants

    Funds will be used to create a Council of Women and its
    infrastructure.
